Online Coaching Agreement

1. Purpose of Coaching The purpose of this coaching program is to support your healing journey by providing guidance, tools, and accountability. Coaching is a partnership that helps you move forward in your personal development. It is not a substitute for mental health therapy or clinical treatment. 2. Coaching Relationship The coaching relationship is professional and goal-oriented. The coach agrees to maintain ethical standards of practice, confidentiality, and respect. The client agrees to engage fully, take responsibility for their growth, and communicate openly throughout the coaching process. 3. Session Details 1:1 Coaching Sessions: Will be scheduled in advance between the coach and client. Each session is approximately 75 minutes. Group Coaching Sessions: Are held weekly (depending on program structure) at a predetermined time for 75 minutes. 4. Communication Between Sessions Clients may reach out via email or messaging for support between sessions. Response times may vary but will generally be within 24–48 business hours. 5. Payment Terms All coaching services must be paid in full before the program begins unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment plans, if offered, require timely payments each month. Late payments may result in suspension of coaching services. 6. Cancellation Policy This policy applies to both 1:1 and group coaching services: 1:1 Coaching Sessions Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.  Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a missed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.  No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior communication will be treated as a no-show and will not be refunded.  Emergencies: Exceptions for emergencies may be made at the coach's discretion. Group Coaching Sessions  Group sessions are scheduled in advance and are non-refundable.  Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.  Replays or materials may be provided when available. Refund Policy  All coaching purchases are non-refundable once the program begins.  No partial refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, or early withdrawal from the program.  Full payment is required regardless of completion status. 7.
